Insecurities 🍃

Long time no see... 
Hey this is Giulia again... I'm here to talk about my insecurities nah.. Our insecurities.. 
We all have our own insecurities that kill us through inside. We will make our level down among others thinking that they're way more beautiful or good-looking than us.. (They aren't)!
They're beautiful.. Yes.. But not comparing to us.! 
We should think that way even though it's not true lol

We shouldn't compare ourselves to anyone even in academics like the way our parents do.. It can be a sportive competition but not a comparison. We are beautiful inside and out according to us. We don't have to depend on other people's compliments or opinions about our own insecurities.. We know what's our flaw and their opinion doesn't matter here. If we keep on comparing ourselves to others, our confidence will be disappearing.. 

Let's be strong together and fight our insecurities.. 
We. Are. Beautiful...!

Sleepless nights🙊

They call sleeplessness as INSOMNIA right?...  So nowadays we all are, being affected by this insomnia.... Definitely our parents will declare that it's because of that damn phone!... Actually yes it's because of that phone .... Haha.. Jokes apart.. Nowadays most of the adults are affected by stress, depression, love failure... Etc.... What else can an adult suffer from?  Because of stress we can't sleep... Though we try so hard... Our minds won't let us to... So even most of us over think everything that had happened so far. .will cry the whole night... And will wake up with swollen eyes... It is also called as conjunctivitis it seems..     The only solution for all these problems is SLEEP I personally listen to asmr videos... But for you.. I'll suggest some ideas that I've followed... I am not sure that it would help you..   1. Count 1 to 100   2. Listen to soothing music using a headphone   3. Stare at the ceiling without blinkin...

Priority matters😌

Have you ever been a third wheel in your own friends group? If yes.. This is for you!  I have been a third wheel so many times but I didn't realize it for days. One day ,i was all alone and I started thinking about the friendship I had.. I wasn't even prioritized in the group.. They didn't think the way I was thinking of them.. I thought they were important to me.. But I was just a choice to them..  If you too felt the same.. Hi-fi..! Please come out from the group,without telling anyone.. You'll be okay!  Don't be a choice, be their only priority! This also relates to another important thing named as Relationship .. If your gf/bf has a best friend of another gender.. Be careful buddies.. 90% of the relationship ends because of this kind of friendships... Your priority will be oscillating .. Priority matters... Nothing else.. NEVER MAKE SOMEONE A PRIORITY WHO ONLY MAKES YOU AN OPTION!  I hope you'll choose wisely (friendship /relationship)  See ya!
